Frequency band approved in U.K. - 458.5 to 459.5MHz. This band is shared with other users, in particular between 458.95 and 459.1MHz. It is recommended that aircraft use frequencies above 459.1 MHz. This band is only permitted in the U.K. and not many commercial equipments are available to operate on this band. |
